In this paper, in order to optimize process and improve the performance of LiNi_1/3Mn_1/3Co_1/3O₂ coin-type lithium ion battery, the significantly influential factors were screened by orthogonal test. The technological conditions such as acetylene black%, PVDF%, drying temperature and drying time were investigated. The main experiment target include capacity retention rate at 0.2C and 1C. The optimal technological condition combination of LiNi_1/3Mn_1/3Co_1/3O₂ coin-type lithium ion battery was obtained by orthogonal analysis.
