Via the Rio cloud-based telematics solution, customers can access a variety of fleet data from a central location and use a wide range of services from the transport and logistics sectors. The Rio Box acts as an interface between the vehicle and the platform. All new MAN Euro VI trucks in Europe now come with the box as standard equipment. Customers can decide for themselves whether they want to share data with Rio and benefit from the platform’s digital solutions. Additional functions include analysing vehicle data, such as the engine speed, vehicle speed, fuel level and brake usage by the driver. The number of services offered on Rio will grow steadily to meet customers’ requirements and existing services will be continuously improved and automatically updated.
