Research on Data Ethics Based on Big Data Technology Business Application

Abstract

Aim of this study is to explore data ethics of big data technology business application. Using the method of literature research deeply, correctly understand and analyze the problem of data ethics of big data technology. The ethical problems brought by big data technology mainly include information security, privacy disclosure and data gap. The main reason for data ethics is that, from the perspective of data subjects, it is that the awareness of rights of data subjects is not strong; from the perspective of data related enterprises, the main reason is that data collection is driven by interests to infringe other people’s data rights; from the macro level, it is the lag of relevant legislation and weak supervision. The conclusion is that effective measures must be taken to strengthen the construction of data ethics to promote the sustainable development of data business applications. The government should improve the relevant legislation and the supervision of data. The collection and application of data should follow the principle of being informed and harmless. Technological innovation and control should be strengthened. The self-discipline construction of big data industry is strengthened.
