Abstract
With the maturity and popularization of emerging digital technologies, Internet applications have penetrated deep into people’s daily life, which has not only released digital dividend but also caused a series of problems. For example, the exploitation and utilization of network data has boosted the development of Internet industry, and resulted in sharp contradictions between the protection and utilization of personal information by enterprises, as well as serious hazards from underground industries that sell personal information.
