Previous chapters looked at SOAP performance through various optimisations, which included grouping messages (so to reduce the number of message) as well as smartly routing messages (so to reduce the routing path to destination). ), specific improvements in the way tasks are executed on the server side is crucial. Indeed, when a server is overloaded (because of a huge number of submitted tasks for execution), this needs to be replicated to support the (heavy) load and therefore providing the needed Quality of Service (in terms of performance).
