Digital Factory Technology helps not only to reduce the uncertainty from the planning to workshop execution, but also to increase reliability and capability of the facilities to be installed or re-built. Moreover, it keeps the production facility investment and logistics costs under control. This thesis first gives a process-analysis based assessment of the dynamic demands of pallets for component dispatching to an assembly line. Then, by using simulation with Delmia/Quest for Digital Factory, the demand forecast of pallets turns to be much more accurate. As a result, the total investment on the dispatching pallets in the new facility to be installed effectively goes down.
