Abstract

In this chapter, we deliver a brief overview of the Asia-Pacific context. Being a part of the Asia-Pacific region, China, India and Korea are diverse in terms of economic growth and cultural background. We elaborate country-specific talent management practices and discuss regional trends as a background for effective management of talents.
