49. The Basic Steps of A System Dynamics’ Methodology: Modelling Renewable Energy Decision-Making Support System

Zusammenfassung

Die Anwendung von decision-making support systems (DMSS) stellt sich als komplexe und dynamische Aufgabe dar, die verschiedenen ökologischen, sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Problemen unterliegt. In den letzten Jahrzehnten haben politische Entscheidungsträger eine kritische Klimapolitik auf regionaler, nationaler und internationaler Ebene entwickelt. Der Großteil der vorliegenden Studien in diesem Bereich zeigt jedoch, dass die durch die Politik verursachten, langfristigen Auswirkungen auf die Produktivität der Anlagen für erneuerbare Energien nicht vorhergesagt werden können. Politik- und Entscheidungsträgern in den allgemeinen und privaten Energieunternehmen und staatlichen Energieinstitutionen fehlt es an attraktiven Instrumenten, die ihnen eine umfassende Überprüfung der unbekannten Auswirkungen dieser Politik auf erneuerbare Energieressourcen ermöglichen. In dieser komplexen und dynamischen Umgebung bieten Simulationssysteme starke Plattformen zur Verbesserung von Entscheidungsprozessen. Diese Arbeit zählt zu den ersten Arbeiten, die darauf abzielen eine Systemdynamikmethodik zur Verbesserung der Strategien für erneuerbare Energien zu übernehmen und die grundlegenden Schritte dieser Methodik zu identifizieren. In dieser Arbeit wird die Problemsituation analysiert, um Entscheidungshilfen für Systeme zur Unterstützung erneuerbarer Energien zu entwickeln.
