Abstract

Artificial intelligence algorithms rely on big data, which is large enough in quantity and wide enough in scope. But the “big” data is only a relative concept; big data is still incomplete in some specific levels. If the limitation of data is strengthened and amplified by artificial intelligence algorithms, and elevated to the social level, a series of political and ethical issues will occur.
