Abstract

The aim of co-creation is to connect people to a shared consciousness so that they can let the future emerge. Mindset, values and principles are the basic attitudes and assumptions upon which co-creation is based. By means of the co-creation process, co-creation should be able to be employed as a method.
The co-creation process is the description of a structured procedure for how co-creation workshops can be carried out successfully. The sequence of and the specifics of the eight process steps are explained in detail.
