Abstract

The study aims to explore and select the methods most appropriate for employment assessment in the context of unprecedented change. To achieve the overall objective the main indicators of the labor market were monitored. The studied methodological base allowed approaching the employment assessment in a complex way. The results show that the COVID-19 pandemic is large-scale and has a serious impact on the labor market. Practical implementation of the results is recommended to be used in the analysis of effective employment policies, which will highlight the sectors with successful practices in the country context.
