Abstract

Equipment for the periodic measurement of the adiabatic thermal pressure coefficient of liquids is described. The system is pressure modulated using a device which enables sinusoidal pressure oscillations to be produced. The equipment is tested on distilled water in the 20–80°C temperature range.
