7. Transformation im großen Maßstab, Anpassung und Resilienz durch Achtsamkeit, Zweck und das AAUL-Framework

Zusammenfassung

Großangelegte Transformationen von einer oder einer kleinen Anzahl von Personen, die Bewegungen schaffen, inspirieren andere zur Veränderung und Transformation. Dazu gehören einzelne Führer wie Gandhi, Mutter Theresa und Martin Luther King, die durch kleine Bewegungen und Inspirationen großangelegte Transformationen schufen. Neben Charisma und inspirierender Führung zeigen diese Personen Resilienz, Entschlossenheit und einen höheren Zweck jenseits der eigenen persönlichen Interessen. Dieser Artikel schlägt ein Rahmenwerk für großangelegte Transformationen vor, das Achtsamkeit, Zweck und das Awareness-Acceptance-Understanding-Leadership (AAUL) Framework, das in Buch 2 vorgeschlagen wird, verwendet. Der Rahmen konzentriert sich auf die Anwendung auf individueller (persönlicher) Ebene, die sich auf die relationale (zwischenmenschliche, Team- und Organisations-) Ebene ausbreitet. Die Erfahrung von großangelegten Transformationen in einer volatilen, unsicheren, chaotischen und mehrdeutigen (VUCA) Welt erfordert eine gute Dosis Anpassungsfähigkeit und Resilienz. Wir zeigen, wie die Entwicklung von Selbstregulierungsfähigkeiten mit Hilfe von Achtsamkeit dabei helfen kann.
