Zusammenfassung

Was diese virtuellen Währungen antreibt, ist der Verfall des Vertrauens in das Bankensystem, ein Verfall des Vertrauens in das Zentralbankensystem (Max Keiser).
Es ist vor allem die Dezentralität und Globalität der Bitcoin‐Architektur, die das Potenzial hat, die Weltwirtschaft nachhaltig umzugestalten.
Historisch waren Volkswirtschaften mit zentralisierter Verwaltung meist innovativer, fortschrittlicher und erfolgreicher. Immer haben sich nach einer gewissen Zeit jedoch in all diesen zentralisierten Volkswirtschaften auch die Nachteile der Zentralisierung der Macht offenbart: Korruption, sowie massives Streben nach Erhaltung des Systems und Machtmissbrauch.
