Technological development and the growing older population are two phenomena which are both quickly increasing in the twenty-first century. Ageing, in general, come with some inevitable changes in several areas such as our perceptual and cognitive functions and physical mobility. Technology is predicted to have a potential positive impact in terms of enhancing the older people’s quality of life, helping them to adapt well to the new life situation.
