Zusammenfassung

Emotionen umfassen ein sehr komplexes subjektives Geschehen, das in jedem Fall mit einem (körperlichen) Gefühl assoziiert ist. Auf die Frage, wie wir uns überhaupt die Entstehung von Emotionen vorstellen können, gibt es nach wie vor viele unterschiedliche Antworten. Das Gleiche gilt für den genauen Zusammenhang zwischen körperlichen Empfindungen und psychischem Erleben. Auch hier gibt es verschiedene, empirisch mehr oder weniger gestützte Annahmen. Betrachten wir im folgenden Kapitel verschiedene Theorien der Emotionsgenese etwas genauer.
