Abstract

This chapter provides insights on the existing Work–life Balance (WLB) literature as well as discusses the Work–Life Interfaces associated with WLB. This chapter fundamentally presents the literature review associated with WLB as well as developing the background knowledge pertinent to WLB research essential for developing the conceptual framework presented in the next chapter.
