Abstract

Hierarchically structured companies and organizations on their way towards flat hierarchies, agile working methods and dynamic interfaces mostly make use of Co-creation and Potentialum. They are in the process of transforming into less hierarchical structures and processes. This transformation is emerging from existing structures. It must therefore be the people in charge of the company who initiate this transformation.
The question is raised: Where do most of our organizations stand today and what impact has it on the way how we do organizational development? Kotter’s Leading Change model is taken and transferred into the world of co-creation to lead change by using co-creation and following Kotter’s eight steps at the same time.
