FEV Acquires Vehicle Development Service Provider Stea

By acquiring Italian engineering company Stea, FEV is expanding its expertise in complete vehicle development with packaging and design. 

FEV has acquired Italian company Stea. The development service provider FEV is taking another step towards becoming a complete vehicle developer for future mobility concepts through this acquisition. Stea with locations in Turin and Modena in Italy, as well as in Belo Horizonte in Brazil, is an engineering company focused on vehicle development. With more than 80 employees, Stea offers mechanical and engineering solutions to customers in the automotive sector and in the areas of rail, motorcycles, marine, and mechanical systems.
