Abstract

We consider data-measuring systems for computer microscopy for morphological diagnostics, including expert systems based on the method of interactive recognition, with the use of qualitative and quantitative informative signs of tumors. Formalized lists of signs are created based on expert judgments of doctors/cytologists and histologists, and we prepare, together with color images of the tumors, the nucleus of the knowledge base (KB) of expert systems (ES) according to different localizations. We propose a principle of organization of an ES, display the structure of the KB, and describe a model for interactive recognition, and also the logic structure of the database realized in the Oracle Database 11g.
