Corporate Social Responsibility und Fußball – Ein Rückblick auf zehn Jahre internationale Forschung

Zusammenfassung

Vor mehr als zehn Jahren wurde die erste Studie zum Corporate-Social-Responsibility-Management im professionellen Fußball veröffentlicht und eine Vielzahl weiterer Veröffentlichungen folgte, was u. a. als Beleg für die wissenschaftliche Relevanz des Themas herangezogen werden kann. Ziel des Beitrags ist es, nach einem Jahrzehnt Forschung in diesem Bereich eine Bestandsaufnahme der bisherigen Veröffentlichungen vorzunehmen, die bisherigen Erkenntnisse zu systematisieren sowie Potenziale für weitere Forschung zu identifizieren. Dies erfolgt in Form eines integrativen Literaturreviews, der sich am methodischen Vorgehen von Whittemore und Knafl (2005) orientiert. In einem dreistufigen Suchprozess wurden 30 englischsprachige Zeitschriftenaufsätze anhand von zuvor definierten Ein- und Ausschlusskriterien identifiziert und diese für die weitere Analyse berücksichtigt. Nach der Darstellung des Forschungsstands anhand ausgewählter Kriterien erfolgt eine kritische Würdigung, in dessen Ergebnis vier Themenbereiche für zukünftige Forschung abgeleitet werden.
