Aiming at reforming the old data management technology of manual work and files document in cement plants, a database system was customized for cement enterprises with Visual Studio and SQL Server. After the steps of demand analysis, conceptual structure design, logical structure design, physical structure design and implementation, the system is developed. Software test results show that all the functional modules are finished. The cement database system is easy to use with intuitional statistical diagrams. The software can improve the level of cement industry and information technology, lowering the management costs, helping to establish strict and standard operation flow and enhancing enterprise efficiency or benefit.
