Abstract
The world today is featured by major development, major change and major restructuring with growing instability and uncertainties. As an important part of non-traditional security, cybersecurity becomes increasingly relevant to the common interests of mankind, world peace and development, and the national security for countries around the globe. Looking back on global cybersecurity in 2019, traditional and emerging threats intertwined, domestic and international communities highly interrelated, and online and offline environments interacted closely, with threats and risks on cybersecurity growing more prominent. Countries around the world attach more attention to cybersecurity and continuously improve capability and level on cybersecurity protection in terms of strategic planning, top-level design, institutional systems, technological capability and international cooperation.
