Zusammenfassung

Die Digitalisierung der Arbeitswelt verändert die traditionelle Wertschöpfung in Unternehmen nachhaltig. Die Übernahme von Arbeitsaufgaben, Dienstleistungen oder die Generierung von Ideen können über Online-Plattformen weltweit an eine Gruppe von Interessierten, sog. Crowdworker, angeboten bzw. ausgelagert werden. Genauso lange wie dieses Phänomen des Crowdworking existiert, wird es kontrovers diskutiert. Insbesondere die (arbeits-)rechtlichen Beziehungen in dem Dreiecksverhältnis (Plattform, Crowdworker und Unternehmen) werfen Fragen auf, die in diesem Beitrag aufgezeigt und diskutiert werden.
