Zusammenfassung

Der Artikel definiert Entrepreneurial Innovation und zeigt Wege auf, um Innovation und Neuerungen unternehmerisch voranzutreiben. Dabei werden die zentralen Gestaltungsansätze von Entrepreneurial Innovation erläutert und in strukturelle Ausprägungen und Verhaltensausprägungen unterschieden. Die Relevanz dieser Gestaltungsansätze wird anhand zahlreicher aktueller Praxisbeispiele beleuchtet. Im Zentrum steht die Frage, wie Großunternehmen im Umgang mit Innovation von unternehmerischen Jungunternehmen lernen und revitalisiert werden können.
