Zusammenfassung

Systeme reagieren unterschiedlich auf externe Verwerfungen: einige zerbrechen, einige überstehen sie, nehmen aber Schaden, andere profitieren und gehen gestärkt aus diesen hervor. Der Beitrag beleuchtet die diesen Verläufen zugrundeliegenden Systemeigenschaften auf Basis empirischer Befunde und systemtheoretischer Überlegungen. Eswird hierbei insbesondere auf deren Implikationen für die Gestaltung digitaler Strukturen und Prozesse aus einer psychologischen Perspektive eingegangen.
