Glued Floor Coverings Based on Wooden End Blocks

Abstract

A technology for manufacturing glued floor coverings based on wooden end blocks is proposed. The distinctive feature of the technology consists in the preliminary gluing of wooden blocks with an increased cross section, followed by cutting end plates for the coating from these blocks, with further impregnation and gluing of them onto the base. The implementation of this technology makes it possible to produce artistic floor coverings having a high level of wear resistance with a reduced material consumption and reduced production costs.
