High demands for total precision of measurement chain require more than a consideration of sensors used on a test bench if one wants to investigate stiffnesses and vibrations of tyres. For that reason, TU Dresden developed a method for static stiffness analysis and verified it on a tyre test bench. Such an approach makes both possible: a development of a stiffness distribution diagram for the test rig and a subsequent consideration of structure-mechanical accuracy obtained from the analysis. …
