Zusammenfassung

Soziale Interaktion bezeichnet die Einwirkung verschiedener Personen aufeinander. Die Bedeutung der sozialen Interaktion im Unternehmen verdeutlichen die Phänomene des Ostrazismus, d. h. die „Verbannung“ aus einer Gruppe, sowie der Diskriminierung von stigmatisierten Organisationsmitgliedern. Eine spezielle Form der Einwirkung ist die Kommunikation, die als Austausch von Informationen definiert wird und in mündlicher, schriftlicher bzw. nonverbaler Form erfolgen kann. Formale Kommunikation bezeichnet die nach festgelegten Regeln erfolgende schriftliche Kommunikation in Organisationen. Informelle Kommunikation kann über das Filtermodell erklärt werden, wonach die Effizienz der Kommunikation von der Ähnlichkeit der Schemata abhängt. „Spiele“ sind regelgeleitete, soziale Verhaltensweisen, die in Organisationen häufig politischen Charakter haben. Gerüchte konkurrieren mit den offiziell verbreiteten Informationen und lassen sich von der Leitung einer Organisation kaum kontrollieren.
