Abstract

Along with the development of computer network technology, network technology is integrate into management and has become important symbol and method of modern office. Sending and receiving of documents are essential contents in the daily office work. The existing electronic office and e-government affairs systems include a subsystem of Sending and receiving document and are very similar in the basic functions. However, in each system development process, all kinds of development will be repeated. Thus, the authors separate this subsystem and analyses it in details, and also use the Struts 2 + spring + Hibernate model to design a general document transceiver system.
