Zusammenfassung

Wie bei den meisten Prozessen müssen zunächst anstehende Probleme behandelt werden, bevor die Teamkommunikation evaluiert werden kann. Wenn nötig, dann müssen Änderungen im Kommunikationsnetzwerk sowie Schulungen begonnen werden. Spezielle Kommunikationssituationen fordern den Projektleiter heraus. Zuletzt sollen auch Änderungsanträge, und Wissensinhalte sachgerecht weitergeleitet werden. Der Prozess kann von Änderungen, Problemen oder Integrationsprozessen ausgelöst werden.
