Abstract

This chapter discusses the theoretical background related to this research. It consists of an explanation on the concept of behavioural intention, behavioural intention as a decision making process and antecedents of behavioural intention. Aligned with the research purposes, the antecedents of behavioural intention include satisfaction, service quality, perceived sacrifice, trust, image and perceived value.
