In this paper, we try to study the phenomenon of migration, with a focus on the internal migrations in India, and offer some reflections how a healthy and harmonious integration can be achieved both internally and in the different transnational contexts of migration. Migration is not simply a sociological and political phenomenon but something that requires our reflection and decision-making in the psycho-spiritual realms as well.
