Considering NCS (networked control systems) with the single-mode Markov chain and external disturbances, the nonlinear discrete-time NCS models are proposed by applying CMAC (Cerebellum Model Articulation Controller) neural network. These models can describe the phenomena of stochastic but bounded delays, packets dropout, and disorder. Moreover, the robustly asymptotic stability conditions and the controller designs of NCS are investigated.
