The automotive supplier Faurecia and the engineering company Gaussin have partnered to equip logistics and port vehicles with hydrogen storage systems. The systems have a hydrogen storage capacity of 5 kg at 350 bar and are expected to provide up to 12 h of operation. Delivery of the two Gaussin vehicle types, ATM-H2 for use in logistics centers with a traction capacity of 38 t and APM-H2 for use in ports with a towing capacity of up to 75 t, has already started. For both companies, this is an important step in the strategy to offer a full range of vehicles with zero CO2 emissions. …
