Abstract

In the 13th FYP period, market regulation has a strong particularity. For one thing, with the upgrading of consumption pattern, the release of domestic demand potential is directly dependent on the effectiveness of market regulation. For another, the lagging transformation of market regulation has become the “biggest short board” in further promoting the reform of streamlining administration and decentralization. In this context, both further streamlining and decentralization, and upgrading the consumption pattern and releasing the potential of domestic demand directly depend on the effectiveness of market regulation.
