Zusammenfassung

Da die Ergebnisse der quantitativen Erhebung zum Teil überraschend waren,2 wurde eine vertiefte Erforschung einzelner offener Aspekte durch eine qualitative 3 Erhebung in Form von Interviews unter Zuhilfenahme eines Interviewleitfadens 4 mit Bewohner/innen, die an der Erhebung teilgenommen haben, Mitarbeiter/innen 5 von teilnehmenden Pflegeheimen und Angehörigen durchgeführt. Vorliegendes Kapitel geht auf die Auswahl und den Zugang der Interviewpartner/innen, die Durchführung und Auswertung sowie die Ergebnisse der Interviews ein.
