Abstract
Intelligent cities in China should put boosting of sustainable economic growth as the goal, ecological civilization construction as the driving force, improvement of people’s value concept, life concepts and world concepts as the traction and enhanced safety and sense of happiness of residents as the ultimate goals in order to realize modernization of mankind. Development of intelligent city can be summarized as comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development prosperity, i.e., sustainable economic prosperity, continuous social harmony and continuous ecological civilization.
