Abstract

We establish a pulse model for giant pandas reintroduction with state feedback control and diffusion between two patches. A unique order one periodic solution of the system with orbital asymptotic stability are obtained by using the geometry theory of semi-continuous dynamic systems. Especially, the order one periodic solution is bigger than the number of minimum viable population. Besides, we also prove that the system does not have order k (k = 2, 3,...) periodic solutions, which means the order one periodic solution is the unique periodic solution. It is essential for design and development of the reintroduction of captive giant pandas work in the future.
