With English as an international language, there was a lot of pressure on non-native teachers of English to improve their spoken language skills to meet the changing needs of their student. The author investigated in the basic condition of NNESTs, and the author argued that improves their professional qualities and teaching accomplishments should be put on the agenda as soon as possible.
