The Liquid Concentration Measuring Instrument Based on Capacitance Sensing

Abstract

In order to accurately detect the concentration of brine, a new sensing technology based on capacitance sensing is adopted. Because the change of salt water concentration will cause the change of capacitance capacity, the circuit is designed to detect the change of capacitance capacity, and then the data is converted into 28 bit binary number and output to the microprocessor STM32. The sampling value is analyzed and processed in the chip, and then the data after the test processing is displayed by high-resolution tft144. At the same time, through the ultrasonic and electronic scale to detect the liquid level and weight, using the method of multi-sensor fusion for comprehensive processing, the accurate brine concentration information is obtained after calculation. Compare the two data and get the test data. The experimental results show the device with an accuracy of 0.1%.
