Abstract

Co-creation takes place in organizations and companies. What moves organizations today? What are the factors that determine success and failure? The picture that participants have of their company determines what conclusions they draw and which measures they arrive at in workshops. Co-creation without such a common picture would be random and arbitrary. In order to successfully develop forward-looking results, a common understanding of what the organization stands for, what is important to it and where it is on the path to the goal is needed.
