2. Theorien und Beweggründe des Handelns

Zusammenfassung

Die Summe aller Handlungen zur Ressourcentransformation entspricht der Wertschöpfung eines Unternehmens. Entsprechend ist es relevant, das Entstehen und die Beeinflussbarkeit von Handeln zu hinterfragen. Dies geschieht zum einen über Handlungstheorien. Sie erklären die Auslösung von Handeln über die Einbettung von Mitarbeitern in einen sozialen Rahmen und damit auf organisatorischer Ebene. Zum anderen erklären die Konstrukte, Persönlichkeit, Werte, Haltungen und Motivation das Zustandekommen von Handeln auf einer individuellen Ebene. Nur wenn eine trennscharfe Betrachtung dieser Konstrukte erfolgt, wird eine Handlungssteuerung aussichtsreich. Es wird sich zeigen, dass im alltäglichen Gebrauch beispielsweise die Konstrukte Motivation, Commitment oder Vertrauen eher als eine Gemengelage und nicht analytisch ihre Verwendung finden. Durch die systematische Analyse der Handlungstheorien und Konstrukte erfolgen erste Ansatzpunkte für deren Gestaltung im Sinne der Wertschöpfung.
