In this chapter we will analyze turbulent transport: 5.1$$T_{ij} = - \frac{{\partial \overline {u_i u_j u_k } }} {{\partial x_k }},$$ the last unclosed terms in the dynamic equations for the second-order moments $$\overline {u_i u_j }$$. These terms reflect the influence of flow inhomogeneity and are of third order in fluctuating velocity.
