Zusammenfassung

Das Kap. 5 untersucht den Zusammenhang zwischen Unternehmenskultur und einer Reihe von Leistungsfaktoren. Auf der Basis empirischer Untersuchungen werden direkte, indirekte wie auch reziproke Zusammenhänge zwischen verschiedenen Dimensionen der Unternehmenskultur und verschiedenen Leistungsfaktoren diskutiert. Auch werden unterschiedlich wahrgenommene Unternehmenskulturen und ihre jeweiligen Auswirkungen auf Erfolgsfaktoren behandelt.
