Zusammenfassung

Annalena reist für ein paar Tage nach China und wird mit ihren Erinnerungen an die Zeit bis zur Kulturrevolution unter Mao konfrontiert. Auch an die Musik Chinas und die Beethovens denkt sie, beide zentral in ihrem Elternhaus. Als sie dann nach Deutschland kam, musste sie vieles gänzlich neu lernen – und auch die Wissenschaft bestätigt anhand faszinierender Untersuchungen, dass sogar die Wahrnehmung von Musik in jeder Kultur eine andere ist.
