Abstract

The objective of fifth generation networking technologies seems to provide faster data throughput, exceptional user exposition, power efficiency, and incredibly low delay. To provide clients with the appropriate quality of services, these wireless networks will employ a variety of multi-layer designs made up of device-to-device connections, macro-cells, as well as various types of smaller cells. Machine-to-machine (M2M) technologies are continuing to increase rapidly in quantity. Without careful and effective utilization of resources, as more gadgets accumulate, M2M connectivity will be irregularly impeded by the speed of service shortage. To solve such problems, we provide a dynamical rate adapting (DRA) method in this study that combines time-dependent with event-based M2M technologies to produce optimized rates of service dispersion. By utilizing the median-valued theory of integrals with generalized processing share, DRA enables real-time tracking of M2M data arriving rate, a foundation upon which the speed of service allocation amongst M2M apps will be briefly modified.
