Abstract

The economy and society of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture has been rapidly changing in the twenty first century. Owe to the policy of Western China Development, primary education of Liangshan faces more opportunities as well as challenges, but it is found that the particularity of Liangshan national education has suffered cultural shock. How to adapt to the changes of social culture and how to explore a better way to adapt Yi traditional culture are the keystones of developing Liangshan ethnic education. The paper mainly focuses on Chinese teaching in Yi rural schools to find sustainable developing ways of combining Yi traditional culture and modern teaching technology.
