Test is a general and indispensable method, and widely used to assess people’s achievement, ability, and char- acteristics in education, enterprise, medicine, and government. In recent years, various E-testing tools are developed ad hoc because purposes and procedures of tests are different from each other. However, an E-testing tool for general-purpose can be developed, and is demanded. Most tests have same processes, and a person or an organization may do several kinds of tests. This paper proposes ubiquitous test as a new E- service. Ubiquitous test is an E-testing service to provide users with E-testing services anytime and anywhere such that one can use E-testing servers without even thinking about them. The paper also presents a requirement analysis, architecture, and facilities for the general-purpose E-testing server for the ubiquitous test.
