In current information society, one can get huge amount of data easily and quickly. However, it is not so easy to extract useful information from huge amount of data. Undergraduate students and graduate students are not skillful with extracting useful information from huge date they got. They need a service to support their studying in a comprehensive way. Therefore, a service to help undergraduate students and graduate students should help their studying and extracting useful information from huge data they got. This paper proposes an evolutionary personal information partner for students studying in universities that can store and manage all its user’s information related studying, and autonomously provide the user with advices about studying. Undergraduate students and graduate students can spend useful days in their life because the service the evolutionary personal information partner for studying in universities provides.
